Frequently Asked Questions

Q:  How often should I clean my equipment?

A:  It depends on your application, if your units are in a heavy grease area, every 4 months, otherwise every 6 months should be effecient.

Q:  What kind of warranty do you offer?

A:  We offer a 90 day labor warranty on any of our repairs which includes any manufacturer warranties for new parts.

Q:  Can I work on my refrigeration unit myself?

A:  It is illegal for anyone who in not certified with the EPA to work on a unit containing refrigerant. Serious bodily harm could come to someone due to the high pressures involved, do not attempt to work on any refrigeration unit unless you are certified and qualified to do so.
