WE’RE GROWING!

 

Wolfe Refrigeration is now WOLFE REFRIGERATION, INC. Thanks to all of our loyal patrons, we are now undergoing a complete renovation in procedure, policy, and pricing to better serve you.

 

In January of 2004 an office manager was added to the staff of Wolfe Refrigeration, Inc. Among other duties, he’s responsible for writing the newsletter that you’re reading now! My name is Butch Wise, and I’ll be the one answering the phones in the morning—just in case you call and get a strange voice! I have over five years of office management experience, and I am joining forces with Wolfe Refrigeration, Inc., to help make the transition from small business to big business a little less painful.

 

All of us at Wolfe Refrigeration, Inc., are excited about the big changes that are up and coming. Some of the things that you’ll be seeing in the future will be:

 

  • A discount parts source for residential appliances—for the repair shop or the do-it-yourselfer.
  • A bigger, brighter sales center—with lots of refurbished food service equipment.
  • Preferred Customer Packages—if you’re not a Preferred Customer, call and find out how you can become one today!
  • Updated web services—please let us know what you would like to see on our web page! We plan on providing a business link so that our customers can check their balances, receive invoices and statements, and make payments online.
  • New billing and payment services—to eliminate invoice hassles and late payments

 

Of course, everything that we’re doing is designed to better serve you. So we would like to know what you think. What can we do to improve our services? This is a great time to call, write, fax, or email thoughts and suggestions of what you would like to see our company doing in the near future.
